  • Instruct lawyer to begin the buying process, by ordering and preparing relevant documents, make relevant checks, supply your passport information. This can take a few days (Lawyer / Documents fees apply)
  • We arrange a time and date for us all to meet at the advocates office (Pay for your property direct to seller with witnesses) and take you all straight to the notary to sign the property into your name. (Notary and Taxes, and Translation/Advocate Fees Applies).
  • Agent Fee is payable at this stage.
  • We declare your property as sold, and register it in your name with the local municipality.
  • Collect your new Notary Act documents in your name(s) 1 working day later.
